You'll see real models on your real lot
We place 2–3 Signature Homes on your backyard — showing footprint, setbacks, yard space remaining, and how the ADU relates to your main house. For tight lots, we show how a two-story model preserves your outdoor space.
You'll leave with a recommendation
By the end of the call, you'll know which model fits your lot, what it costs (fixed price), and what the timeline looks like — from permits to move-in. If you want to move forward, the next step is a design agreement. If not, no pressure.
