Is the plan price really fixed?
Yes. CALI ADU's plan fee — architectural design plus full permit processing — is fixed before you commit, and the only thing that changes it is a change you ask for. Construction is separate: you build it yourself, with your own licensed contractor, or with one of our vetted construction partners. The build figures shown are an independent licensed GC's estimate so you can budget, not a CALI ADU price.
What if I need a custom design?

Can I build a two-story ADU in Los Angeles?
