Are the prices really fixed?
Yes. Every price shown is the turnkey contract price — design, permits,
and construction from signed contract to certificate of occupancy. No
surprise change orders for things we should have anticipated. The only
things that change the price are changes you ask for.
What if I need a custom design?
If none of the nine Signature Homes fit your lot or vision, we also offer
a Custom Design-Build program. Custom projects typically cost 20–30% more

Can I build a two-story ADU in Los Angeles?
Yes. California state law (AB 68 and SB 9) allows ADUs up to two stories
