We place 2–3 Signature Homes on your backyard — showing footprint, setbacks, and yard space remaining. For tight lots, we show how a two-story model preserves your outdoor space.

You'll leave with a recommendation

By the end of the call, you'll know which model fits your lot, what it costs (fixed price), and the timeline from permits to move-in. If you want to move forward, the next step is a design agreement. If not, no pressure.
