Design story

An underused garage converted into a flexible 420-square-foot studio ADU with a brand-new bathroom addition. When family isn't visiting, it doubles as a pool house with direct backyard access.

This client wanted private living space for visiting family that could double as a pool house the rest of the year. By converting the existing garage and adding a brand-new full bathroom, we transformed wasted space into a flexible studio unit. The result is a 420-square-foot studio with a bathroom and direct backyard access — perfect for poolside guests coming in from the water.
