Design story

Warm stucco walls, clay roof tile, and designer finishes give this compact studio its character. Clean lines and natural light create a feeling of spacious simplicity — ideal for guests, extended stays, or a quiet retreat.

This client wanted a small guest house that felt like a natural extension of their Spanish-style main home. At just 320 square feet, the Pico proves that a well-designed studio can deliver full luxury without excess. Every detail — from the stucco exterior to the interior finishes — was selected to honor the character of the existing property.
