The Ventura combines iconic Spanish style with modern amenities — a full kitchen, luxury bathroom, and in-unit laundry — all within a 416-square-foot studio that feels far larger than its footprint.
This client wanted a studio ADU that matched the Spanish Colonial character of their property in Los Angeles. The Ventura delivers authentic clay tile, arched details, and warm stucco alongside a fully modern interior with a full kitchen, luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, and in-unit laundry. At 416 square feet, it proves that character and comfort don't require excess square footage.
